Hey there! My name is Brandyce Romer and I'm a Brand Strategist, content creator, and self-proclaimed foodie. Coming from a design background, I believe that presentation is everything and food is the best way to explore which is why I was so drawn to the world of charcuterie. I believe that food presentation isn't just about making things look good, but it's also about creating an unforgettable experience for your guests.
During the journey to creating this book, I discovered a plethora of black-owned brands in the food and beverage industry. As a member of the community, I think it's crucial that we uplift and amplify the voices of black entrepreneurs and their businesses. That's why I'm committed to featuring and celebrating black-owned brands in my work.
